1100 Aluminum Foil

What is it?

It is particularly pure aluminum foil (with an aluminum content of over 99%).

It is the most commonly used and fundamental type of aluminium foil.

Greatest advantage:

Extremely soft and easy to process: It is easy to fold, wrap and shape.

Good rust prevention: Not prone to rust and corrosion (due to high purity).

Safety and hygiene: Commonly used in food and pharmaceutical packaging.

It can block light, air and moisture: protecting the contents inside.

Common uses (you've probably seen them) :

Food packaging: chocolate, candies, butter, inner packaging of cooked food, blister packaging of tablets.

Sealing cap: The sealing layer inside yogurt caps and beverage bottle caps.

Household use: tin foil for ovens/barbecues (cooking aluminum foil).

Industrial applications: reflective layers in building insulation materials, battery materials, capacitors, etc.

Soft and hard options

Soft foil: Extremely soft, as easy to wrap and bend as paper (suitable for wrapping things).

Hard foil: It is relatively stiff and not prone to deformation (suitable for sealing and labeling).
